E-Municipality is a project that enables municipalities to carry out all business and transaction processes electronically with standard software on a common infrastructure in a single database and to provide local services to citizens electronically. As of 1 July 2019, Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality was included in the e-Municipality Information System.

     It is possible to perform the following transactions online: 

•             Creation of an announcement, advertisement, and statement 

•             İlan reklam yıla beyan aktarma

•             Inquiry about collection information

•             Inquiry about accruals

•             Debt payment

•             Inquiry about business license

•             Inquiry about zoning license 

•             Inquiry about e-receipt

•             Penalty notification

•             License inquiry

•             Purchase request

     E-municipality provides fast, secure and uninterrupted services to citizens. According to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, information security of citizens is ensured. Authorized users will only be able to access data within their authorization scope. Log records of all transactions are kept. Industrial Control Systems (ECS) are secured against cyber threats.
