As of 6 December 2022, Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality has started to distribute 4,046,550 liters of full-grant diesel oil support to 33,180 producers registered in the ÇKS (Farmer Registration System) in 9 (nine) districts. With the distribution of Farmer Cards, our farmers have started to use Gaziantep Farmer Card and Gaziantep Farmer Card Application to benefit from diesel oil support. Our farmers using Gaziantep Farmer Card will have easier access to agricultural supports and grants to be provided by Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality.

Gaziantep Farmer Cards will have a QR Code and ID with each farmer’s name. Benefits of Farmer Cards are: 

• Grants and supports to be provided by Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality, 
• Purchasing discounted product(s) from contracted Agricultural Credit Cooperatives and Agricultural Credit Cooperative markets,  
• Discounts in contracted healthcare organizations,  
• Discounts in contracted public institutions and organizations,  
• Discounts in contracted markets, firms, etc., 

Our farmer producers will be able to download Farmer Card application from AppStore and GooglePlay. With this application, they will also be able to get information about informatics faster and more actively through our announcements, events, news, discounts, and trainings menus. The application offers easy access to outstanding balance information and recent expenditure details as well as many more titles in the market menu. There are menus for instant price tracking on agricultural products through being directed to Gaziantep Chamber of Commerce's website and for the access to Farmer Registration System (ÇKS) information. Activities of Gastronomy and Agricultural Training Center of Department of Agricultural Services and Food are also available here. This method has facilitated to access commercial outlets of products manufactured by our Women's Cooperatives, which are actively operational in Gaziantep.
