GASKİ E-GOVERNMENT

     Gaziantep Directorate General of Water and Sewerage Administration (GASKİ) within the body of Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality carries out the transactions of GASKİ subscribers via E-Government in order for citizens to perform their transactions over the internet faster and without wasting time through different channels.

     The project implemented within the scope of smart cities continues to improve technological infrastructure of the city. In this context, GASKİ has created a new service network through the E-Government Gateway, which aims to deliver accurate information to citizens through a common point in electronic environment in a secure, uninterrupted and fast manner. Thus, subscription transfer, subscription contract termination application, invoice information inquiry, debt information inquiry and payment and subscription information inquiry can be resolved online.

     This service, which will set a precedent within the scope of "citizen satisfaction" and is being delivered through the e-government gate, offers citizens the opportunity to complete their transactions without going out, which is especially important since it has reduced the formation of crowded environments during the epidemic. Thus, GASKI subscribers can also access the institution through the E-Government portal, along with GASKİ’s official website and mobile application that can be used on smart phones and tablets.
