If visually Impaired Book Lovers and citizens who have at least 40% or more visual impairment apply to Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality Department of Disabilities and Health Services and register, and submit their disability reports to the e-mail address gormeengelliler.gantep.bel.tr, they can log in to GETEM E-Library (there is a link on Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality’s website), and download or listen to any book they want online.

Internet library project designed by GETEM E-Library (Boğaziçi University Assistive Technology and Education Laboratory for Individuals with Visual Disabilities) aims to provide access to information resources for the visually impaired.
