Job and Career Center, established in October 2019 in cooperation with Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality and the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR), places citizens in businesses that match their qualifications. The center is staffed by employment and human resources experts, sociologists and educators. It collects job requests received by the Metropolitan Municipality and responds to job requests from different channels such as mukhtars' offices and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). As a model for on-site employment, the center also offers a wide range of services such as training, consultancy and guidance free of charge to job seekers and employers. The center, which has continued to provide services to citizens with the principle of working in conformity with its purpose during the pandemic process, has made great efforts for citizens to have a job, while also contributing to their career planning, projects and projects.
