Since 2015, basic data collected from public transportation vehicles is anonymously shared with passengers via mobile applications. Gaziantep Card Mobile Application provides many benefits to its users such as online card filling, line information, stop and vehicle location information, travel planning, and promotion of popular places in our city. The mobile application also takes into account the needs of passengers with limited mobility. With the help of audio alerts on the application, visually impaired passengers can both reach the nearest stop and learn the line information of the vehicle arriving at the stop.  In order to facilitate the access of disabled passengers to public transportation, they were provided with the opportunity to send notifications to the driver of vehicle they are waiting for, and an external announcement system has been put into operation where visually impaired passengers can learn the line of vehicle approaching the stop.
